The Details

Our Fun in Athletics group is open to all children aged 5-8 years. These sessions will focus on the foundations of athletics and look at key FUNdamental skills covering Track & Field, Sportshall and Cross Country.

Our U11's group is the ideal starting place for all 9-11 year (from 81/2 with a parent) of age as they explore the world of athletics with the chance to taste competition.

Our Multi Discipline Juniors group is the suitable place for anyone looking at trying athletics for the first time to those looking at regular training and a possible competition focuses. This group covers all Track and Field events as well as Cross Country and Sportshall competitions.

The Details

Our Sprints group is coached by Level 3 Coach Sue who has years of experience as athlete and coach.

Our coaching duo of Harold and John have a vast experience in coaching athletes at regional and national level looking primarily at track competitions.

Athlete and coach, Andy is a dedicated member of Sutton Harriers. Whatever your throwing needs Andy will certainly be able to help.

In Jordan's hands you will certainly have an interesting session, the specialist Hurdler and Jumper always has the athletes personal goals in mind.

Our disability group works with Athletes which requite specific training needs or require more attention in their training and fitness. 

Please speak to Jordan or John about giving Hurdles a go.
